After losing Dick Dale's last 100% pure silver whammy bar to the High Surf Council Association in Hawaiian Halloween, renown surf rock producer J.J. Hoeffner returns the prized item to a depressed Beachfront Vinny at The Surf Spot, his recording studio on Long Island, where they are confronted by the ghost of Dick Dale and forced to surf out old t.v. theme song mashups.
